Lets start at the beginning, in a Last Will and Testament a person's objective is
three fold
|
|
|
|
|
- Nominate a person/s who will administer your estate, the Executor. It is
the Executors duty to ensure that your whishes are fullfilled.
- Nominate the persons, and manner in which they will recieve your assets.
- In the case of minor children:
- Nomination of Guardians.
- Nomination of trustees who will administer the minors inheritance, until a specific
age.

The following information will be needed to complete a Last Will and Testament,
