We have spent the last three years in developing and re-developing the EasyWill WillWizard, as an active responder based wizard that will guide you through the process of drafting your own Last Will and Testament, making it seem easy. Will my Will be Legal?

The slightly longer answer is - YES if you follow the instructions on how to sign and witness your Will, contained in section 1 of the Will Pack 'How to Sign Your Last Will and Testament', where we have set out all the legalities that needs to be followed when signing your Will. As we aren't present when you sign you Will and therefore we can not confirm that this has been done correctly.
Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you read and follow the instructions on 'How to sign your Last Will and Testament', you will determine the validity of your Last Will and Testament if you follow the instructions your Will will be valid.

Can I change my Will?

The answer - YES you can anytime!

We all make mistakes and change our minds. So you've completed your Will and … oops! You've forgotten something, or miss-spelled someone's name or thought about it and have changed your mind relating to a beneficiary or the executor.
Not to worry, as an EasyWill client you can make as many changes to your Last Will and testament in the first 30 days from the date you first drafted the Will. That means you can fix mistakes or change you mind, make the corrections or changes to your Will using the EasyWill amendment process and print out an amended Will, free of charged for 30 days. Thereafter a small fee would be charged per amendment, always leaving you in control to change your Will when you need to.
